In view of the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 that the case filed on behalf of the petitioners has already been rejected by the respondent DCLR, Nawada, Sadar, the prayer made in the present writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
