Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No.19 of 2020 registered under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that in addition to the present case, one complaint case was also filed by the informant (father of the victim) which was transferred to the police station and was numbered as Tisiuata P.S. Case No.122 of 2020 (Annexure 3) in which the police after investigation submitted final form finding

It is further submitted that the daughter of the informant filed a petition in the Court of A.C.J.M. XVI, Vaishali at Hajipur stating that none had kidnapped her rather she herself had fled away and solemnized marriage with petitioner no.1 and gave birth to a male child, vide Annexure 5 to this petition. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. XVI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No.19 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
