1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

No.48106 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/3 the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are women and the informant alleges that on 01.02.2024, he along with his son on motorcycle at 8.45 A.M. were going to school, when the accused persons came and started abusing him and asked to withdraw the case. Further, on refusal, Mantun Singh and Aman Kumar fired causing injury on his abdomen. Thereafter, Shivam and Ranjan fired causing injury on chest of his son and when his father came to save them, Shambhu fired causing injury on his right finger.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case being family members of the named male accused persons, who are alleged to have fired. It is next submitted that no specific allegation is alleged against the petitioners, who are women. It is also submitted that allegation against them is general and omnibus in nature and the petitioners will not abscond rather will cooperate in the investigation.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the fact that petitioners are women and allegation against them is general and omnibus in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48106 of 2024(2) dt.06-08-2024 3/3 nature, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P. S. Case No.51 of 2024, G.R. No.342 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The application stands allowed.
