The present application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 20.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45855 of 2016 by which this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015, stipulating that he shall be released in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from that day. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to the petitioner meeting with an accident, he could not surrender within six weeks and thus the present application has been filed to extend the time granted to surrender and take bail in the case.

Learned A.P.P. does not oppose.

In view of the aforesaid, the time fixed for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2033 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 petitioner to surrender before the Court below in order dated 20.10.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 45855 of 2016 stands extended till 31st March, 2017.

Accordingly, the order dated 20.10.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 45855 of 2016 stands modified to the extent indicated above. The rest of the order shall remain the same. The application stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
