JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 29-11-2021 From the order dated 15.11.2021, it appears that in the cause title name of the District has been wrongly feeded by the Computer Section as "Rohtas" instead of " Bettiah at West Champaran" and instead of "Complaint (Forest) Case no. 49.", "P.S. Case no. 49" has been mentioned.

Let the order dated 15.11.2021 be modified to the extent that in the cause title "P.S. Case no. 49" shall be read as "Complaint (Forest) case no 49" and the district "Rohtas" shall be read as "Bettiah at West Champaran".

Registry and NIC are directed to incorporate the aforesaid corrections in the order dated 15.11.2021 forthwith. The period for surrender of the petitioner in the Court below is extended by further two weeks.
