Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is the widow of late Ram Prakash singh, a retired teacher of Government Middle School in the district of Samastipur, and has a grievance as with regard to non payment of certain amount of provident fund prior to the period of
Patna High Court CWJC No.982 of 2015 (2) dt.26-06-2015 1976, and the amount also is said to be admitted by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Samastipur who had communicated both to the petitioner and his counsel, in two different letters dated 12.08.2012 and 13.09.2013, that such payment of arrear of provident fund could not be paid due to want of fund, this Court, therefore, would direct the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Samastipur to ensure that the said amount of arrears of provident fund must be paid to the widow-petitioner within a maximum period of six months with statutory interest from the date of receipt of this order.
With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
