The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Riga P.S.Case No.44 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 372/34 and 3/6 of POSCO Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping and committing rape upon the minor girl of the informant and the case is under POSCO Act also.

No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of the anticipatory bail to the petitioner rather let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below within a period of four

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24737 of 2018 (3) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt of the order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit .
