2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 309(6) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals looted a truck after tying the informant and others and fled with the said truck. During investigation, the presence of co-accused Mintu Kumar surfaced near the place of occurrence, who confessed before the police that the petitioner and others had committed the crime along with him. The looted truck was later recovered from the garage of one Parvej Alam. The petitioner has confessed that he had sold the said truck to Parvej Alam after it was handed over to him by other co-accused persons.

4. Considering the nature of the allegations, the confessional statements, and the recovery made during investigation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application for regular bail stands rejected.
