Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018, G.R. No. 281 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they got the daughter of the informant traceless and main allegation is against son of petitioner no. 1.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation is attributed against the petitioners and the main allegation is against son of petitioner no. 1 and they are ready to co-operate in investigation.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, petitioners, above named, are directed to surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order and on their so surrendering they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018, G.R. No. 281 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immovable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and further condition is that they have to co-operate in investigation, otherwise prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of their bail bonds.
