The petitioner seeks bail in Rampur P.S. Case No. 274 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., 5-6 unknown miscreants, after tying the hands and legs of guard, looted away gold and diamond jewellery, cash worth Rs. 4-5 lakh from the house of informant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has come during course of investigation on the confessional statement of co-accused Ankesh Kumar @ Michal. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and till date, petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. Petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 274 of 2018.
