Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State, Shri Chandra Bhushan Prasad. 2.

The learned APP submits that the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur was directed to remain physically present by order dated 22-8-2024, but since he is appearing before a learned Co-ordinate Bench through virtual mode as such the City Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is present in the Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that petitioner has received notice under Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C yesterday and thus seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail
