2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Garhi P.S. Case No. 47 of 2022 for the offence registered under sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the IPC lodged on 25.09.2022 by the informant, Sonu Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that he used to drive a Scorpio car, left for Jamui from Koderma. While he was on move, a message came and sensing conspiracy and upon knowledge that Monu Kumar has been killed, he has reason to believe that it has been executed by the in-laws. This led to the FIR.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court about his innocence, learned APP informed that the matter is of the year 2022, even by his own

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44529 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 knowledge, the petitioner moved before the learned Sessions Judge which came to be dismissed on 01.10.2024 and even then, after seven months, the present petition.

5. Considering the submissions of the parties as also the role of the petitioner that has been recorded in different paragraphs/incorporated by the learned Sessions Judge coupled with the fact that he has criminal antecedent, relief cannot be extended.
