The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Turkauliya P.S. Case No.443 of 2021 registered under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a lady and there is only general and vague allegation made against the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail by contending that the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of Kumar Satyam with lathi due to which he sustained grievous injury, which is supported by the injury

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54346 of 2021(2) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 report. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, her prayer for bail is rejected. Harish/- (Arvind Srivastava, J) U T
