2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 92 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.04.2023.

4. The petitioner was caught riding a stolen motorcycle. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.04.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after completing six months in judicial custody on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48055 of 2023(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-IX, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 92 of 2023.

6. The petitioner will visit Dariyapur Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
