JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to move the Circle Officer, Tekari, Gaya, for the purposes of initiating proceedings under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn and in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Tekari, Gaya by filing an appropriate petition within a period of four weeks from today, the Circle Officer, Tekari, Gaya would do the needful under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and take appropriate decisions thereafter.
