Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Vide order dated 10.02.2021, a report regarding stage of the trial was called for from the lower court, which has been received. From perusal of the same, it appears that the case is pending for appearance. On 19.02.2021 summon was issued and service report of the same is yet to be received.

In view of the stage of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody
