Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Benipatti P.S. Case No.61 of 2016, registered under Section 498(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant filed complaint on the basis of which the present FIR was registered. She alleged that the petitioner always tortured her due to non-fulfillment of additional demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of the petitioner was solemnized in the year 2002. The informant got two children, one is aged about 11 years and another is aged about 3 years. The informant made omnibus and

On account of petty family dispute, she left the house of the petitioner and lodged the case. It is further submitted that the informant never complained about ill treatment at the hands of the petitioner during the period of 14 years of marriage with the petitioner. Considering the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No.61 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
