2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The prosecution case in brief is the daughter of the informant namely Manisha Kumari, was married to co-accused Dilkush Sah. It is alleged that on 12.02.2026, her daughter was killed by the FIR named accused persons by administering poison and her dead body was disappeared in a maize field. Subsequently, with the assistance of local people, her dead body was recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this case because they are co-villagers of the husband of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45231 of 2026(2) dt.09-07-2026 2/2 deceased. They are not family members of husband of the deceased and are not concerned about the occurrence. There is no allegation that these petitioners killed the deceased, and they are only alleged to have helped the husband of the deceased in disappearing the dead body. As a matter of fact, the daughter of the informant herself consumed poison due to the family issue. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Ms. Nistha, J.M 1st Class, Khagariya in connection with Pasraha P. S. Case No. 30 of 2026, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Sanjay/AlokU T
