JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the grounds, mentioned by me in my previous order dated 30-10-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33202 of 2015 and analogous cases and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 37 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 401 of 2015 stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
