2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023 registered under section 341, 323, 379, 504, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have tortured the wife for dowry. Petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2023

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023.
