This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 353, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they ransacked the hospital due to death of a patient and committed assaulted etc.
Considering the background and nature of allegation, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two
