It has been stated in the said application that the name of the petitioner has been changed to "Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited" vide Certificate of incorporation pursuant to name change dated 05.07.2021, issued by the Registrar of Companies. Having considered the averments made in I.A. No. 1 of 2021, the same is allowed. Let the name of the petitioner be read as "Niva Bupa Heath Insurance Company Limited" in place of "M/S Max Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited".

The petitioner is seeking a direction for release and payment of pending premium to the tune of Rs. 1,62,86,403/- for the services extended by the petitioner for the period 01.01.2013 to 31.03.2013 under Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojna. A copy of the agreement entered into between the Government of Bihar and the petitioner has been brought on record by way of Annexure-2 to this writ application. Clause 20 of the said agreement provides for a grievance redressal mechanism.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some argument, seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to invoke a relevant Clause under the said agreement for redressal of the petitioner's grievance. This application is
