Permission is granted.

The application, thus, stands dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no. 1.

Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mohiuddinnagar P.S. Case No. 103 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.54845 of 2021(3) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because she is mother-in-law of the deceased. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. She reside separately from the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Madhubani in connection with Mohiuddinnagar P.S. Case No. 103 of 2021 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
