2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 76, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 351(2)(3) & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

As per F.I.R., on 17.07.2025 at about 9 AM, informant's daughter was going to attend coaching class, in the meantime, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including petitioners came there and started abusing her and thereafter, on the order of co-accused Ganesh Mandal, petitioner no. 2 pushed her on the ground and petitioner no. 1 assaulted her with iron

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46269 of 2026(2) dt.27-07-2026 2/2 rod, causing injury on her head. It is further alleged that accused persons also misbehaved with informant and snatched her gold jewelleries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute, a simple Maarpeet took place between the parties, in which, both sides sustained injures. Case and counter case. Injuries, sustained by the injured, are simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the nature of injury, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Bharrahi P.S. Case No. 125 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
