2. The petitioner, claiming to be a Prakhand Shikshak/Panchayat Teacher in Primary Madhya Vidyalaya, Manowar, has filed this writ petition claiming for payment of arrears of salary from 31.01.2019 to 22.07.2024 and again from 22.07.2024 onwards.
3. Since the petitioner claims to be a Prakhand Shikshak/Panchayat Teacher working as such in Primary Madhya Vidyalaya, Manowar, in view of the Bihar State
Patna High Court CWJC No.10320 of 2025(2) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari versus the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above liberty.
