JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 143 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1A)/(1-AA)/(1-b)A/26(1)/35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol with four live cartridges were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2019. similarly circumstanced co-accused Ajeet Kumar alias Makhan Singh has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.6.2018 in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41631 of 2019(2) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 Misc. No. 37952.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 143 of 2019.
