Petitioner seeks bail in Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.12 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 457, 380 Indian Penal Code.

Case has been lodged by the informant alleging that he had parked his motorcycle in his house but the same was missing.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that police earlier registered Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No.74 of 2019 against the petitioner for recovery of alleged motorcycle bearing registration no. BR 02 AC 5742. Petitioner has been remanded in this case from the aforesaid case.

Petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2019.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM, VIII, Gaya, in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.12 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
