The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 405 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 127, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is specific allegation against petitioner No. 2 of causing injury in the ribs of the son of the informant namely, Estikhar with arrow in his right Panjra. The allegation against petitioner No. 1 of causing injury on nose of younger son of the informant namely, Zahid. Copy of injury report of both the injured has been enclosed as Annexure 3 and 4 wherein the Doctor has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22787 of 2018 (3) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 found the injuries on the person of both the injured to be grievous in nature, caused by pointed weapons (Arrow or Bhala). Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners stands rejected.
Petitioners may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail which will be considered by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
