2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner retired on 31.12.2014, has a grievance that none of his retirement benefits has been paid as yet, this Court, considering the facts mentioned in the counter affidavit that steps have already been taken for sanctioning, authorizing and payment of all retirement benefits to the petitioner, would deem it expedient in the ends of justice to dispose of the writ application with a direction to the Respondents to settle the claim of payment of all admissible retirement benefits of the petitioner expeditiously. This Court would accordingly direct the respondents to ensure that whatever admitted amount of
