2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on 14.07.2022, tractor of informant was stolen by some unknown accused persons. During investigation, the stolen tractor was recovered from outside the house of this petitioner. Petitioner has got eight criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, fact that stolen tractor was recovered from outside the
