Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is the widow of Late Firan Mishra, a driver of the Agriculture Department, and has a grievance of payment of amount of provident fund deducted from the salary of her husband, which has not been paid as yet, this Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.5763 of 2015 (2) dt.26-06-2015 would direct respondent no. 8, Assistant Commissioner, GPF Directorate, Patna to ensure that the payment of admissible amount of provident fund of the husband of the petitioner must be paid to the widow-petitioner with up to date statutory interest within a maximum period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. As with regard to payment of benefit of ACP, the same being not retirement benefit, this Court would refrain from passing any order leaving the petitioner to claim the same before appropriate forum/Court. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
