JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-11-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 03.02.2017 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Gaya whereby the application filed by the petitioner for release of the vehicle bearing Registration No. BR-2J-3861 seized by the police in connection with Amas P.S.Case No. 121 of 2016 has been dismissed.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to file statutory appeal before the Children's Court in terms of Section 101 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.
