The petitioner seeks bail in Madanpur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that 30 litres of Mahua liquor and 50 Kg. of Mahua flower have been recovered from house of the petitioner. Husband of the petitioner has also been made accused.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is lady. She is in custody since 2.6.2019 having clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

No.43979 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad, in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
