2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 414 of I P C and 11 (a), (d), (c), (i) (b) and (k) Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1990.
3. It is alleged that 35 buffaloes were found loaded on the truck of this petitioner for the purpose of selling.
4. It is submitted that the petitioner has been made accused in this case simply because he happens to be the owner of the truck in question. It is submitted that the driver of the vehicle without the knowledge of petitioner and consent loaded the cattle for transportation. Petitioner claims clean

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. case no . 46 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
