2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. By order dated 24.07.2024, this matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to resolve the dispute between the parties.

4. The learned Mediator vide its report dated 10.09.2024 has, inter alia, reported that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties as per the terms and conditions as mentioned in the report.

5. As the dispute has already been resolved between the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Terhagachh P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

6. The copy of agreement/settlement along with S.B.I., Bank Draft No.000040, dated 05.09.2024 is given to the parties and the same is enclosed in the learned Mediator's report.

7. On the request of learned counsel for the opposite party no.2., he is permitted to receive S.B.I., Bank Draft No.000040, dated 05.09.2024 on behalf of Opposite party no.2. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) anand/- U T
