Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 268 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 354/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this falsely due to previous enmity. Earlier the mother of the petitioner has filed case against the father and uncle of the present informant with allegation of abusing, assaulting and trying to raise her modesty and the present case has been filed in retaliation of the same.
