2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 16 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section(s) 376(3) and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 7 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the married sister of the main accused Ajay Patel and Vijay Patel who are said to have taken the victim to Jaipur.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S.
