JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2017 The petitioner filed this petition for modification of order dated 11.01.2017 and for extension of time of surrender of the petitioner Jitendra Mohan Sinha in the court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and others were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 11.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55585/2016, but the petitioner could not surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the aforesaid order due to unfortunate death of the wife of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the period of surrender of the petitioner is extended for four weeks from today. Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi U T
