Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ramnagar P.S.Case No. 50 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is that police intercepted one Bolero vehicle in which two persons were sitting and on seeing police they tried to fled away but were apprehended and they have disclosed they have committed theft of vehicle from U.P. which was to be delivered to the petitioner who has given money in advance.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that from the record it does not appear that vehicle was recovered from his possession and he has committed theft and petitioner has no

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Ramnagar P.S.Case No. 50 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
