2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 188, 290, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-B) (a), 26(2) and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and a live cartridge were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 24.03.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P. S. Case No. 212 of 2024.
