2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Darigaon P.S. Case no. 51 of 2026 registered under section 317(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the motorcycle being driven by the petitioner being stopped and the petitioner being asked to produce the documents of the vehicle, it is stated that he did not produce any documents. As such the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The motorcycle was purchased by the petitioner from co-accused Sunny Kumar. The petitioner is in custody since 24.3.2026 and the cause of his false implication are his antecedents.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner according to which the petitioner could not produce the documents of the vehicle/motorcycle being driven by him together with the petitioner having remained in custody since 24.3.2026, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Darigaon P.S. Case no. 51 of 2026 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas Sasaram.
