2. The petitioner has prayed for review of the order dated 12.10.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9860 of 2013 (Bimlendra Kumar Thakur Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.), primarily on the ground that under similar circumstances, relief has been granted to the applicants therein.

3. We are afraid that this cannot be a ground for reviewing an order which was passed on 12.10.2018.

4. To be more specific, it was urged on behalf of the petitioner that the order contained in Memo No. 279 dated 04.02.2013 issued by the respondent/District Programme Officer (Estb.), Saharsa, whereby the petitioner was made to retire from service with effect from 31.01.2013, be set aside on the ground that he had entered into service at the age of 18 years with a private employee. It was found that the petitioner had entered into an employment with a private party where his date of birth was shown as 18 years.

5. That some other persons with similar facts were granted the relief, as we have noted above, is no ground for entertaining this review petition.

6. The petition is merit less and is, accordingly, dismissed.
