JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2025 Heard Mr. Dhananjay Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Vivekanand Singh, learned counsel for the University and Mr. Jitendra Kumar Roy, learned SC-13 along with Mr. U. R. Singh, learned AC to SC-13 for the State.

2. The Principal of the S.N.S. College, Hajipur, Vaishali is directed to consider the grievance of the teaching and non-teaching employees of the College in accordance with the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12057 of 2025(2) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 directives contained in Memo No. 2019 dated 30.07.2018 issued under the authority of the Hon'ble The Chancellor and Letter No. 200 dated 20.09.2018 issued by the Director, Research and Training, Education Department, Bihar in light of the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10534 of 2017 dated 20.06.2018 by placing the matter before the Managing Committee.

3. In case, the affiliation of the institution is required to be cancelled, the Vice Chancellor of the University may take steps in that respect. The Vice Chancellor, in the meantime, may seek approval from the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, who in turn, will place the matter before the Finance Department for providing adequate aid to the institution concerned.

4. With the above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
