The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Katihar Town P.S. Case No.799 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 419, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473, 474, 120B Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order itself that this petitioner is the real brother of Amit Sureka, who is the Proprietor of a firm, namely, M/s Kushum Enterprises, a Distributor of Vodafone SIM, in terms of the agreement dated 21st June, 2013, executed with Vodafone Spacetel Ltd. Learned Sessions Judge has also mentioned in the impugned order that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6179 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 this petitioner runs a grocery shop near the office of his brother (Amit Sureka), and has been made accused in the present case being brother of Amit Sureka.

It has further been submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No.799 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
