JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhabhua (Sonhan P.S. Case No.735 of 2016) registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arm Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that this petitioner shot at the informant's wife causing injury in her left hand. There is land dispute between both sides.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury is not on the vital part of the body and simple in nature. There appears specific allegation against the petitioner of opening fire arm causing injury on the person of the informant's wife though simple in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8316 of 2017 (3) dt.29-03-2017 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, the petitioner, if so advised, surrenders before the court below and seeks regular bail, the same shall be disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
