The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Athmal Gola P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come on confessional statement of the co-accused. Also the seizure list shows no recovery from the possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
