Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ application is squarely covered by the order dated 13.12.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1822 of 2016 (Shambhu Prasad Baitha & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.). In view of the above, if the case of the present petitioners and the case of Shambhu Prasad Baitha are identical to the fact, law and prayer, the petitioners will be granted the identical relief as has been given to Shambhu Prasad Baitha & Ors.
