Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application is squarely covered by the order dated 13.12.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1822 of 2016 (Shambhu Prasad Baitha & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).

In view of the above, if the case of the present petitioner and the case of Shambhu Prasad Baitha are identical to the fact, law and prayer, the petitioner will be granted the identical relief as has been given to Shambhu Prasad Baitha & Ors.

With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
