2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 80(2), 238(a) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, the deceased has been killed. The petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2025. He further submits that the petitioner is the brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against him.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the brother-in-law(Bhaisur) of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against him, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Udakishunganj, Madhepura/concerned Court below in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025.
