The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.168 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submit that earlier, the matter was referred by a Bench of this Court to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna, for settlement of the dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7177 of 2017 (5) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 wife respectively, where both settled their dispute amicably and decided to live together. The memorandum of agreement entered into between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 is part of the report dated 04.08.2017 of the Mediator, Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna.

Since the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 have settled their dispute before the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, Patna, and both are leading their conjugal life together happily, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.168 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
